Q. I haven’t purchased doors/windows from China before. How to get them from door to door? A: Although we are manufacturer, we have been exporting for 20+ years and know some forwarders who can handle door to door shipment for you. You can also find out more forwarders from Alibaba. There are 2 tips for you to check door to door price: 1. Tell forwarder if you need FCL (a full container at least 1*20GP) or LCL (not a full container at any CBM), by sea or by air for shipment. 2. Give your street address (can be a nearby street address for security) to him. Any other question, please contact us for help. Q: What is your minimum order (MOQ)? A: We can accept small order even sample and with high quality. Q: What is your color available? A: Color available from our color swatch or your real color sample that delivered to us. For specific solid color painting, please tell us the RAL Code. Q: What about the payment methods? A3: We accept T/T, L/C for large value, and for small orders, you may pay us through Alibaba or Western Union. Q: How can I get a quotation from you? Shop drawings for doors or windows with schedule list to show dimensions, color, quantity and type; 2. A: We guarantee the safe transportation of products from 3 aspects: 1. Before you placing an order, please tell us if you will ship it by FCL (a full container at least 1*20GP, can mix with your other goods) or LCL (not a full container), by sea or by air. Then we suggest the proper packaging for your goods. 2. We pay high attention to packing materials and details. Our standard packaging is multiple packing. Fragile glass will be packed with foam. Normally we will pack doors into hard carton box and wrap up gates by EPE film/ bubble bags. For LCL shipment, to avoid damage from other unexpected items, we suggest full sealed fumigation-free plywood crate. Please contact us for more details according to your goods. 3. For FOB terms, please consider a suitable marine insurance. Most forwarders have this service. For CIF terms, we'll buy all risk insurance to protect your rights.
